*Tiwaz opens the elevator door and walks into the room speaking amiably*

"...an' so he turns ta me an' says 'But what about th' other chamber-pot?' HAHAHA! *Tiwaz laughs at his own story* Anyway what're we here fer again?"

Arita: Stones and Metal; we're running low. I can't maintain this axe without a good amount of stones...*drags an over-sized pickaxe in her other hand along with her axe in the other* ...don't ask why this pick is this big. *She wanders off into the cave in front of them and waits for Tiwaz to follow*

"Minin' already? Seems like we go through th' stuff fast enough. What 're we lookin' fer anyway?"

Arita: Carbon, Coal, and Stone. Let's see how much we can get before one of those monster-things comes out.
*She mines a nearby wall looking for coal*

Arita: *huffhuff* .... I'm not used to doing this work, I always went out and got my materials at a store using monster money. I had better things to do than waste my strength on rocks...*takes a short break*

*Tiwaz wipes the sweat off his brow and moves to sit by Arita*

"Aye, back when I lived yet, th' only metal we got was from raidin' and tradin' minin' be a new thing ta me. It is a good work out though HAHA!"

Arita: Well, I could have gone raiding monsters for materials but the chance they'd drop it would be really low. Some of the metals that made my old axe were really rare, and had to be obtained by killing equally rare monsters.

"Wait...why were animals n' such carrying around metals an' stone an' such? Or did ya make th' weapons outta th' beast's corpse?"

Arita: I don't know, they're monsters! They carry around weapons and metal pouches and stuff...

"Nevermin' What was yer world like?"

Arita: *gets back to mining coal* Its a lot like your world...well, current day; but there's a lot of magic and warriors all over the place. People like to get together and go adventuring. Exploring other worlds was one of the best things to do...along with fighting monsters.

"Huh. So yah fought jus' fer yer party? Where there armies an such? *Takes a look at what he's mining* ...Yah know I have no idea what this stuff is even fer."

Arita: *huffhuff* ... You could... consider it an occupation. There are armies, but most of them are private. If an inter-galactic crisis were to happen, the intergalactic defense corps would usually resolve it. Otherwise independent adventurers and mercenaries would take over and try to solve things themselves, like the renowned Reon Seedo...

*Tiwaz drops the carbon in with the rest of the materials*

"So this Reon is like some tale-type hero? Saving th' land, rescuing th' princess sorta hero?"

Arita: Well, he wasn't alone. He had a group of about 10 or 15, but they went on a large journey across the galaxy and he defeated the good-gone-bad Seyon Zophe. Some of the people in his journey were 2 humans from your world...in present time.

"Present time? You mean they were of my time? Did you have a chance to meet them?"

Arita: I mean from the time Mari lived in....and I haven't sadly...
